Day 26: The Unchanging Verdict

Romans 8:31-34

31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.

Devotion

The Apostle Paul asks a definitive question: Who can bring a charge against you? The answer is a resounding no one. Why? Because the Judge of the universe has already issued His final verdict over your life and has already cleared your record. He didn't spare His own Son; instead, He gave Him up to graft you into the Vine forever. If God is for you, who can bring a charge against you? Jesus isn't condemning you—He is interceding for you.

Prayer Point

"Thank You, Jesus, for standing as my advocate and praying for me at the right hand of God."

The Daily 10-Minute 'Abide in Me' Rhythm

Commit to establishing this strategic baseline rhythm together as a family every day:

Be Still (~2 Min): Take a moment to quiet your thoughts and still your mind. Silence your devices and allow yourself to pause, embracing the awe of God's majesty. It's a chance to breathe, reflect, and connect with Him.

Truth Affirmation (~5 Min): Read the scripture assigned for today. As you reflect on it, gently say aloud: 'Jesus, You are the Vine, and I am a branch. In this moment, I choose to embrace where You have placed me, trusting in Your guidance and care.'

Prayer (~3 Min): Do not burden yourself with a stressful checklist. Instead, take a moment to commit your day to the Holy Spirit. Trust in His gentle guidance; He will lead you in a way that feels reassuring. You're not alone in this journey.5
