Kupuna Food Box runs every second Friday of the month from 9:00 am to  9:45 am

To receive a Senior Food box: 

1. Use this link to download the Senior Food Box Application

You are enrolled for 12 months at a time and must recertify for CSFP participation each year. You must continue to meet all CSFP eligibility requirements at the time of recertification.

Must have a valid state or federally-issued photo ID card
